The Chef's Garden take-out corner offers many of Terrace Restaurant's most popular
breads, pastries, teas, and side dishes to go. In addition, Chef's Garden prepares
lunchtime sandwiches using freshly baked bread, roast beef, soups and salads,
a range of delicatessen items, and even a selection of original dishes prepared
by Terrace Restaurant's master chef Susumu Sawabe. Chinese cuisine prepared by
Toh-Ka-Lin chefs is also available.

Bread
Approximately 30 types of bread are offered at Chef's Garden every day. Many varieties
of healthy and tasty selections, like "purple bread," which is made
with a special type of rice, are regularly available. Customers are invited to
look on from the "performance kitchen" as Chef's Garden staff remove
freshly-baked loaves from the in-store ovens.

| Chef's Garden also offers a selection
of fine teas direct from Taylor's of Harrogate in England. Teas are sold both
