Based on an ancient Chinese concept that values cooking with healthy food as much as medicine for maintaining good health, Chinese Table Starlight’ s (Main Building, 11th floor) “ Bishoku Dogen” course menus are creations that utilize the natural healing powers of fresh ingredients, herbs and spices to promote health and beauty. This month’ s Suisho course (¥6,300 per person) combines vegetables, seafood and nuts to create delicious dishes that help make you beautiful from the inside out.
