Perfectly suited to the needs of meeting and event planners, the Hotel Okura Sapporo features 11,561 square feet / 1,074 square meters of dedicated meeting and banquet space, specifically designed to suit a variety of events from seminars and meetings to banquets and special occasions.

With a total of five meeting and banquet halls: Bristol, Tribeca, Chelsea, Oak, and Maple, as well as two additional meeting spaces, the Hotel Okura Sapporo can accommodate from nine to 450 persons in a variety of configurations, accompanied by personalized planning and a selection of menu options. Essential business services are available and include secretarial services, fax, photocopying, dataports for Internet access, and audio-visual equipment rental.

Meeting and Banqueting Rooms

Fontaine

Located on the 2nd floor, the Bristol Room has been specially designed to host wedding parties and receptions. Special wedding packages are available on request. The room offers a floor space of 4758 square feet / 442 square meters and can accommodate up to 450 persons theater style, 300 school style, 350 reception style, and 250 banquet style.

Tribeca

Located on basement level 2, the Tribeca Room has been specially designed to host wedding parties and receptions. Special wedding packages are available on request. The room offers a floor space of 2,691 square feet / 250 square meters and can accommodate up to 180 persons theater style, 120 school style, 150 reception style, and 120 banquet style.

Chelsea

With a floor space of 1,776 square feet / 165 square meters, the Chelsea Room is located on the 3rd floor and is the third largest hall at the Hotel Okura Sapporo. It features wall-to-wall carpeting and has been specially designed to host wedding parties and receptions. Special wedding packages are available on request. The room can accommodate up to 150 persons theater style, 100 school style, 120 reception style, and 100 banquet style.

Oak

Although smaller than the main banquet halls, with 624 square feet / 58 square meters of floor space, this meeting / banquet venue provides ample space and facilities for more intimate functions and is ideal for business meetings and small conferences. The Oak Room is located on the 3rd floor and can accommodate up to 40 persons theater style, 18 school style, 30 reception style, and 30 banquet style.

Maple

The Maple Room is located on the 3rd floor and provides 355 square feet / 33 square meters of floor space. The room can accommodate up to 20 persons theater style, 9 school style, and 12 banquet style.

Brooklyn

These two meeting rooms each provide 517 square feet / 48 square meters of floor space and can accommodate up to 20 persons banquet style.

Hudson

This meeting room provides 323 square feet / 30 square meters of floor space and can accommodate up to 10 persons banquet style.
