This 4th-floor area can be partitioned into three separate rooms to accommodate smaller gatherings. The hall comes fully equipped with a host of amenities and services, including a large freight elevator that can accommodate automobiles. The Heian can accommodate up to 1,500 persons theater style, 850 school style, 2,000 reception style, and 800 banquet style.

With a distinctly Western style, the Mayfair Room's wood interiors, furnishings, and antique chandelier create a unique setting. Offering 2,476 square feet / 230 square meters of floor space, this 3rd-floor banquet room can be divided into two smaller spaces. The Mayfair can accommodate up to 150 persons theater style, 110 school style, 120 reception style, and 100 banquet style.

Designed to reflect the stately interiors of a bygone era, the 3rd-floor Oak Room features oak interiors and paneling that epitomizes a popular, late 19th-century Western style seen in Japan. Offering 2,131 square feet / 198 square meters of floor space, the Oak Room can accommodate up to 150 persons theater style, 100 school style, 120 reception style, and 100 banquet style.

Highlighted by a leaf-motif chandelier and Impressionist murals, the elegant interior of the Chelsea Room offers a refined ambiance. Offering 1,991 square feet / 185 square meters of floor space, the 3rd-floor hall can accommodate up to 120 persons theater style, 90 school style, 100 reception style, and 80 banquet style.

Designed to reflect a Japanese aesthetic, the Asuka Room features local interiors that showcase traditional Japanese elegance. Featuring unique embellishments such as chandeliers that mimic lanterns and wallpaper that derives its motif from the treasures of the Shosoin Temple in Nara, the refined elegance of Asuka is completed by a traditional gold screen and carpeting featuring a peony motif. The Asuka can accommodate up to 70 persons reception style and 50 banquet style.

The 3rd, 4th, and 6th floors of the Hotel Okura Fukuoka feature seven smaller banquet rooms that are ideal for small parties or gatherings. Each room can accommodate up to 40 persons for any function. The rooms on 3rd and 4th floors can be partitioned into two separate spaces as required.
